An interactive workshop
Delegates will consider:
• Why conflict occurs
• If conflict is inevitable / necessary
• Whether stress in the workplace contributes to conflict between team members
• Why certain workplace challenges develop into conflict situations
• Why certain personalities generate problems within the team
• How poor supervision contributes to internal conflict
• How good supervision can minimise conflict
• Management techniques for developing team cooperation
• When conflict is an aid to quality improvement and innovation
• The session may also be used to consider individual problems and help develop strategies for reducing specific conflict situations
