SWL Paramedic Forum Lead – Expression of Interest

    By Lauren Hoadley | Uncategorised | 0 comment | 26 April, 2024 | 0

We have successfully been able to support our Paramedics, in embedding their roles within Southwest London and ongoing education development with peers.  In doing so we have effectively run several peer support / education sessions over the last 6 months

We believe this to be a vital part in retaining our brilliant workforce. I am therefore keen to continue the peer support / forums moving into April. We are therefore really pleased to be inviting colleagues to express interest in working alongside us in helping shape, design, and coordinate the forums.

What does the Role involve ?

    1. Lead on understanding local training and educational needs
    2. Support in clinical input into topics and development
    3. Local stakeholder engagement
    4. Facilitating / Chairing Sessions (not the clinical content)
    5. 2 Sessions per month
    6. Time will be Renumerated
    7. June 24 โ€“ March 25

You will be fully supported by the training hub to deliver these forums. Information is also available on our website

Interested ? CLICK HERE TO EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST in the role by submitting an expression of interest by COP  Thursday 16th May

The Richmond Training Hub supports multiprofessional primary care workforce development and transformation. Funded mainly by Health Education England (HEE) we do this by co-ordinating training as well as undertaking various pilots and initiatives to test new ways of working.
