This Managing a Multi-Located Team module is taught using a blended learning approach and is composed of 4 online units and 1 compulsory taught day, delivered via MS Teams. Attendance at the taught day is compulsory in order to successfully complete the course.

The module consists of four units, to be completed over four months, as follows:
Unit 1: Self-Awareness and Managing Remote Team Dynamics
Unit 2: Managing Individuals in a Remote Team
Unit 3: Maintaining Communication and Monitoring a Remote Team
Unit 4: Managing Conflict in a Remote Working Environment
This module will benefit multi professional colleagues working in positions of management and/or those with leadership roles and responsibilities within and across general practice and the wider health and care system.

It provides an in depth learning and guidance on leading a team where some or all members of the team are located across multiple settings or other remote locations.
  • Delegates who attend will be awarded 10 CPD points
  • The course is professionally accredited with the RCGP
  • Upon completion of both the online units and multiple-choice questionnaire and the attendance to the taught day, students will receive a certificate of completion and 10 CPD points
  • Learners will be granted access to the online units for a maximum of 6 months. The taught day must be attended and the multiple-choice questionnaire at the end of the unit must be completed with a score of 100% in order to successfully complete the module and receive certification.
