Keep up to date with the latest developments on this one day course for managers and supervisors with staffing responsibilities. Make sure your practice is meeting the legal, CQC and best practice guidelines in the full range of their employment responsibilities including employment law, the terms of the employment contract, holidays and other leave requirements, flexible working and many others.

Delegates attending this one day workshop will gain the knowledge and skills required to effective manage their employment relationship with the team. The workshop will take delegates through all of their main responsibilities starting from the initial offer of employment using examples and situations to debate good practice and practice solutions.
